Metalwork Combs
For this design exercise, I was tasked with considering different approaches to introducing crafted objects into the social and cultural landscape. The goal was to make three identical, functional artifacts by hand that inspire curiosity through unusual materials and engaging form. Once finished, I kept one for myself, gave one away as a gift, and donated one to a contemporary craft auction at a local gallery.
